If you signed in to DJ Comp 1 (djcomp1.com) using Facebook — or any other social login — and you’d like us to permanently delete your account and all associated data, here’s how:
What we delete
- Your DJ Comp 1 account (email, display name, login credentials)
- All health data you’ve logged (weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, diet entries, medication schedules, etc.)
- Any posts, comments, or content you created on the site
- Your subscription and billing metadata (we retain only the minimum required for tax/legal compliance — typically your last invoice)
How long it takes
We process deletion requests within 7 days of receipt. You’ll get a confirmation email when the deletion is complete. Some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, after which it is permanently erased.
How to request
Email us at itscomp1@live.com with the subject line “Delete my DJ Comp 1 account” and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Confirmation that you want a full account deletion (not just a data export)
If you signed in via Facebook, you can also remove the DJ Comp 1 connection directly from Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → DJ Comp 1 → Remove. That disconnects your Facebook login but does NOT delete the data we’ve already stored — for that, use the email above.
