Adult reference ranges for the four lifestyle metrics. Not personalized to your body, activity level, or specific health goals. Always work with your healthcare provider for ranges that apply to you.
βοΈ Weight (lbs)

Optimal 150 β 175
Elevated 176 β 200

Daily macro targets. Hitting 5β6 of 7 in-range macros each day earns a "Good" Diet Quality Score. Sodium is tracked but excluded from the score (it's a ceiling, not a target).
A macro is a "hit" when your daily total falls within its target range.
Score = hits Γ· 7, displayed as a percentage on the Diet dashboard.
Score uses local date (not UTC) so each day rolls over at midnight in your timezone.
Sample data is calibrated to hit 5β6 of 7 β see "Load Sample Data" to see a realistic day.
π Logging Tips
Log meals as you eat them for accurate daily totals. Back-dating moves meals to the wrong day.
Use the serving sizes in the food database (e.g. "1 medium apple", "1 cup rice") β they're the basis for the macro math.
Custom foods stay in your browser only. Use "Combined Backup" or the "Import CSV" (metrics only) to persist them across devices.
Veggies count separately from foods β log a side of broccoli under "Vegetables", not "Foods".
Blood pressure categories per the 2017 ACC/AHA guideline. Targets apply to adults; home readings are typically 5β10 points lower than office readings.
Customize the daily ranges for each macro. The active age-group preset is shown as the default. Rows you've changed are highlighted. Hit "Save" to apply β your Quality Score, Daily Analysis, and Range View Averages all update.
